Here is a book of matches that I ran across from the Hotel San Carlos several years ago, but just got around to photographing them recently. I know that these have nothing to do with my father’s photography, but I just thought that they were interesting. I found some other match books from other Pensacola restaurants that are no longer in business and I photographed them also. They should bring up some nice memories … they do for me anyway. One more of the other side …
I am not familiar with these other hotels in De Funiak Springs and Tallahassee Florida. I wonder if they are still around in these towns? I am sure someone out there will be able to tell us.
